Peaky Blinders - The latest in the BBC women first agenda
|
The world of the BBC has gone mad. The board of Peaky Blinders is inclusive with a majority of women who dominate their men. In 20s Britain in the razor gangs of Birmingham....
The BBC will probably end up re writing the story of the second world war or the battle of Hastings. Wilma the Conquerer or Winnie Churchill.....
All for equal rights and diversity but, the BBC has utterly lost the plot

Wasn't Alfie also riddled with cancer before Tommy shot him in the head from close quarters? Done well him.

Thought it was a really good series this one. Could be any one of 5 or 6 people betrayed Tommy, so next series will be a good'un.

Can't help agreeing with the comments below. Utterly inconclusive, it's only real intention was/is to lead into the new series but, by doing that its in danger of becoming a gansta soap.
Alfie Solomons rises, Dirty Den like, from his death bed cos.... he wasn't really dead.
No one is really dead in PB until the very last series.
To think there is another year before we are served up what i hope will be a much better series than this pile of series
BTW< Aberama Gold will come back as a black horse for Polly to ride

I thought it was a decent finale, leaves a lot of questions.
Tommy and his empire slowly falling apart, doubting himself, traitors queuing up to take him down.
Sets it up well for series 6 ....

Awful final episode and by far the worst series of the lot

To me this has been the worst of the series although reading an interview with Steven Knight he feels it was the best.
I think they have toned it down a bit for BBC1.

Has to be Finn's mate the football fixing guy that set them up right? or Alfie double crossed him.
Seemed like very poor writing to just have Finn blurt out to the guy that they're about to kill a Fascist

Average ending.
Only the return of Alfie saved it from being a disappointing episode.

hopefully Polly will get shot & Arthur will go on some kind of rampage.

My money is on the sniper losing it during the hit, exposing Tommy and him having to go on the run, possibly "protected" by the Billy Boys. Imagine the friction with Aberama and Arthur then!

I can imagine Tommy and Michael having a Michael and Fredo Corleone situation.

think alot of people would stop watching if they killed off Arthur,
Wouldnt surprise me if Michael gets knocked off though maybe by the chinese if they're skimming dope off the top of the shipments.
Or they're building Finn up now maybe he gets the john treatment and leads to arthur and tommy going to war again

I doubt they will change the course of history by bumping off Mosley who died in 1980, much deserved as it would be.
Surely one of the big characters has to meet a sticky end soon, maybe not on Sunday but, in the next series.
IMHO it will be Arthur or Aberama Gold. If its Gold Polly will go into the very dark place and become worse than Arthur.. Michael will have a big role to play in Series 6

Hopefully they take more creative license and someone does actually kill Moseley
I certainly won’t be pinning my hopes on a sniper with mental health issues!
